coaching carousel would've been too gimicky...i don't want to see "Texas" head coach move to another school every other year

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is the case. The general vibe I get is that it's the #1 thing that Dynasty lacks right now. That and custom playbooks. With custom conferences in third. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if all three were in for '12. Again, just a vibe though.

That's basically what it is now if think about it. You can skip from team to team every year, going from USC to Texas then to Florida, if you get the right offers.

A coaching carousel would add a lot to the dynasty experience really, and as long as it's done right, you wouldn't see coach hopping on a crazy scale.

with EA doing something like coaching carousel yes it would...i don't want to see every other coach go to another team every year, if EA implemented it it would be way too over the top. I can definitely see an athletic director mode in the offseason though.

But where are you getting this "every other year" thing? Yeah, granted, if it sucks and was implemented poorly, it would suck and be implemented poorly. Why are you just assuming that would be the case? Pessimist much?
