Question about dynasty play years into it...

Not that we know coaching carousel is not making into the game I had a question regarding dynasty mode and how to change systems for different programs.

For example, will I be able to change the style of system a program runs in dynasty if I do not control that team during a dynasty? This will/should be my first year of owning an NCAA college football game based on all the info that has been presented on this site. Dynasty in itself looks to feel awesome. I'm just curious if for example I'll be able to change/edit a program if I'm not controlling them. If not, I feel this would be a feature far easier to program than a coaching carousel.

and...has it been confirmed that (AI) programs will recruit players to fit their systems strengths yet?

In the past, we've been able to edit playbooks other schools use and their run/pass ratios. So I think we should be able to have some effect on schools' style of play again.

And I believe it was confirmed that AI programs will not specifically recruit for their system.

Is anyone thinking about just making their own coaching carousel. Since we don't see the coach, I might just write down all the coaches, and create my own carousel. Fire coaches who haven't reached expectations, move coaches up who are successful, and then have them change systems depending on the coach's style. Plus since I will most likely play along the same time with my Madden one, I might have some coaches move up to the NFL. But with this, let's say SMU, does great with Jones as the coach, and a school like Tennessee (hypothetical) fires their coach, then I'd have Jones become the Tennessee coach and run the Run & Shoot there. It would be cool to see offensive systems change, as maybe Paul Johnson continues to be great at G-Tech, and moves up and makes a big school become an option school. Anyway, this is what I'll be doing.
