neither ECU or NC State wear those anymore so I don't know why they would be in the game. I thought the throwbacks in the game were ones that teams actually wore occasionally

To clarify on throwbacks... we only add the ones they have worn as a throwback (or will wear, like the Purdue ones mentioned). We don't use outdated uniforms as throwbacks for the sake of having a throwback.

Colorado State will have new uniforms for this football season, though I haven't seen anything about them officially on the web. I also heard they are going to have an alternate orange jersey for a retro day.

Yea, I took out all the odd ball ones and only left those throwbacks that have actually been worn within the past couple years for a special occasion (or plan on wearing this season - IE Iowa).
