What about the ability to hire assistant coaches?

In Madden i know you can hire assistants which will help/hurt the way your players develop in certain areas, i think it would be a great idea if this was involved.

if this is the "coaching carousel' everybody talks about i apologize, i figured that was for head coaches.

Did the coaching ratings in Madden actually figure in during the game? I can remember going for Brett Favre once he retired in game for his QB bonuses, but it never seemed to take effect.

I think it would be cool in Dynasty if you hired position coaches as well. The better your position coaches were the better your players progressed through their 3-5 year career at the University.

Only problem I see is you would have to assign each school with a Budget and figure out how to adjust this budget over time.

Hiring assistant coaches would be excellent but that would mean we would also need to be able to hire head coaches. It would be really cool if the NCAA coaches could go to madden and madden coaches could go to the NCAA like in real life although I think I am dreaming now to much about a feature that has long been missing.
