NCAA Football 11 Patch To Be Released Tomorrow (Release Day)

I want to say one more thing before anyone rips my head off..correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't EA just like 2k sports have only so many patches for free via MS and Sony? I believe it's 3.

Patch #1: Already here and issue isn't fixed.

Patch #2: Normally the mods or devs make a thread and ask the community for bug/glitch feedback. Millenium has already done this. The devs compile the list and start to work on all the fixes. Normally this is a 2-4 week process.

Correct? Which means that this issue may be atleast 2 weeks away from being fixed unless they do some kind of fast hotfix. Not saying we can't do the workarounds you guys mentioned. Just saying it's a little annoying is all.

it's that specific play. I think it always does it. there may be a few others, but I think most PA plays are fine.

I was gonna ask about the first post..is that 50 yard gain by the QB thing the "walk glitch" that I've heard people talk about? Glad that's getting patched by the sound of it - that seems even worse than this one, at least for multiplayer play.

At least it can get fixed. I never got any patches in my Intellivision/Atari days

This looks like a play I would definitely choose on a decent basis... I'm all about the screen passes...

I'm with you on this one. I always scratch my head when I see a screen pass, or any pass, thrown to a back who the QB just faked a hand-off to.

A play-action pass works because attention is drawn to the back.

A screen works because attention is on the receivers down field and the quarterback, basically everyone but the back.

It almost cancels itself out.
