Hey guys, I have some questions about Teambuilder

I havnt purchased NCAA since 09, so I havnt had any experience with teambuilder game mode. What is it and what are its online capabilities? What is cool about it?

I am getting NCAA 11, and have already created a school online through EA's website for NCAA 11, but what will I be able to do with that school?

If you can play in an online dynasty with the teams, is there any way to check peoples team ratings before you let them into your dyansty with all 99 ovr players lol.
