I just looked at my credit card and had 50 dollar cash back bonus so the game is costing me about 15 bucks.

Okay, I might have found a solution.

My buddy is going to Wal-Mart tomorrow to buy the game. I told him that if I buy the game from Wal-Mart tonight, he could just buy the game from me tomorrow. I'll keep the one from Wal-Mart, give him the one I bought from Gamestop and he'll pay full price. He doesn't even need to set foot in a store.

I am waiting to hear back from him but hopefully he goes for it!

I havent read the whole thread, but how about you buy it from Wal-Mart(open and play that one). Then go get it from Gamestop tomorrow(don't open that one), and take that copy back to Wal-mart.

You have the receipt from Walmart and the UPC is the same on every game, so it's all the same.

I caved. I got the game from Wal-Mart.

The intro is insane! I'll sell the other copy to my buddy and just keep this one... I could not resist.

If you paid for the game at Gamestop with a debit card, then they can put the money back on your card or give it back in cash.

Yeah, that's probably what I'll do, because now my buddy is backing out, saying that he's going to wait to buy the game and he mentioned something about not feeling right buying it from me, even though it will be in an unopened case and I'll give him the receipt - oh well.

I'll take store credit...
