In general, a college game will have about 100-130 plays (assuming neither team runs a hurry up or no huddle). Does 7-8 minute quarters yield that many plays/accurate stats? How long does it take to play a game with 7 minute quarters? I would think that with the computer more dedicated to running the ball this year, a 7 minute quarter game would go quicker than in years past.
