Road to Glory Mode question:

Can you still customize your schedule, including the first year? I don't want to join a school that plays FBS Southwest, FBS West and all that nonsense if I can't change the schedule.

So I was looking at sports games and I made the decision to get NCAA Football 11. Then my friend told me you can only use 5 minute quarters in RTG. He has the game on Xbox, I would get it on PS3. Is it the same? I'm huge on career modes. They are the main thing I choose a sports game for. Should I still get the game if RTG is messed up that way? And why haven't I heard more complaints?

No, your first year will be the RL team you sign with first years schedule.
After that you are at the mercy of EA.

Really the only things you can change in RTG mode is your player appearance.

Even as a QB you are stuck with the random audibles that are pre-set.

RTG is fun for a 'career' or two but gets old pretty quick, IMO.

Yea see above post jackbert. You can't change anything in RTG.
You haven't heard more or any complaints about it because people don't buy the game for RTG & really don't care about it that much.

Its a bigger deal IMO that in Team Builder you have no cleat options & can not chose Team Colors for players to wear, its generic black or white cleats and you only can choose black or white for players.

OK, thanks. I know Dynasty is a lot bigger deal, but I was wondering if RTG was decent. I think 5 minute quarters would ruin it though. Might get the game anyway for dynasty.
