Is this right? Just need an explanation, havent done online dynasty's in games much...

I just joined an online dynasty and see the list of members and it says for one of the members, "W 56-6, Restarted 2 times"... So you can quit out as many times as you want until you win?

If so, im guessing theres no way to filter this option out on a search?

Yep. Its in case a game disconnects. Odds are someone will have a connection issue, but most people are honest about restarts.

Though some will lose and try to sneak it. 56-6 means he either did have a technical issue OR one of his players were hurt.
