Trouble Uploading Roster to Locker (PS3)

When I upload the roster it tells me I uploaded it, but when my friends try to download it it's telling them that there's not a roster there...that I don't have a roster saved. I saved the roster to my Hard drive...What gives? The roster i got was from the guy Pasta Padre had listed...so he had to do his right...what I'm I doing wrong?

EDIT: Figured out the trouble...you have to quit the game and go back in to make sure it works right...I even tried loading the roster to my hard drive before I quit the game, but that didn't work...But again quitting the game and going back in did the trick
