Trap Option

On the Trap Option play, who am I supposed to be reading? Everything seems so tight and all over the place that I can't figure this out. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Just ran Triple Option Reverse out of the Wishbone I do believe, who do I read there? Or do I read anyone at all?

Re: Trap Option

I'm not quite sure either, I've sort of been avoiding it lately. I need to sit in practice mode and run it 20 times or something, to figure out how it's supposed to develop.

I suppose I could always go into practice mode as well ha.. I'm just bein selfish and am a little too wrapped up in my RTG to take the time to do it.

Re: Trap Option

The trap option is an excellent play, but in the game, it doesn't work; ok, at least last year, you couldn't so much as snap the ball without getting killed. The quarterback had no chance to hand it off because the DT that was over the pulling guard never got blocked. In real life, you should be reading the playside defensive tackle and whether or not he gets trapped by the pulling guard.
