I am also wondering how to take an OD offline. Would really appreciate some help on this.

Feature was taken out most likely because of the Dynasty Wire.

... and because you could cheat like crazy with it last year and do everything from see how your recruits progress, to figure out pitches for recruits to seeing how others in your dynasty spent their time each week.
