I made it through the HS playoffs and signed with my team. I look through the rosters, and they turn out to be computer-generated.

How can I get the real names?

not 100% sure but try loading the roseters you wanna play with before you start your RTG

Did you download a roster file from someone's gamertag?
If you didn't, then do that first.
If you did, make sure you pay attention at the beginning of RTG. It will ask if you want to auto-generate names. Say No.
