CPU Dual Threat QB's

Is it just or are CPU dual threat qb's still not a big enough threat with their legs? So far I have played against QB's like Robert Griffin, Jake Locker and Pryor and none have them have hurt me with their legs. I haven't seen any of them take off on scrambles or be effective at all on designed runs. Just takes an aspect out of playing defense when you don't have to worry about dual threat qb's hurting you with their legs.

I think I am going to try editing the ratings of the qb's to get them to be more dangerous with their legs. Problem is when the freshmen qb's come in you can't edit their ratings.
