Unless you're using an air raid offense, which relies on YAC, always set your catching to conservative. There are a TON of drops by wide receivers this year, and you need to anything possible to counteract it.

If you're playing online, set pass defense to Aggressive. since online players rarely punt, you want to get as many picks as possible to take the 4th down opportunity away from them. Online players also throw more passes straight to linebackers or corners, and if that happens you want them to catch it, now bat it down.

Thats all I really do.
