In season progresion?

The highest in season progression ive seen is +1 to some random stat.

Hopefully EA will fix this because now there is zero incentive to play backups. In years past I would get young subs playing time so they would get better but now there is no point.

I guess. I mean, it was never really in there. I mean, you can progress up the depth charts, but once you hit 1st string, practice does nothing, and your base stats stay the same.

You can improve stats with the evening events, but these reset at the beginning of every week.
