I'm at a party with a guy that plays DE for Princeton and I'm curious if NCAA schools are in NCAA 11? Sorry if I'm cluttering I can't access the game right now.

If you create them on Teambuilder and upload them then yes but straight on it out the box, nope. Ivy league schools aren't included.

Since Ivy League schools are not in the FBS they are not in the game. Someone has probably created them on teambuilder and can be downloaded from there.
