Can you get job offers in an online dynasty after a good year?

Ive been searching for this answer since I got the game and I havent had any 100% confirmation but I can say I simmed 4 seasons with Boise St, I went undefeated 1st year, won 10 games the next then dropped to 8 and 7 and I never got an offer at any point

I have done the same thing of simming through multiple seasons and did not receive offers either. Becuase of this I have written an app that will calculate your season performance and give you a list of jobs to choose from. Its not a perfect solution but its a lot better than not having them at all.
