Anyone else getting a crash loading the recruit screen?

This is pretty bad, I have been getting crashes more and more, I'm currently in the year 2016 in my dynasty and right now i can't really advance without skipping recruiting because the recruit screen crashes the xbox

this is a 100% repro too - i remember madden a couple years ago basically had a franchise killing bug, i hope this isn't part 2 of that

right now i'm reinstalling the game to the HDD to see if that helps

I saw this bug was reported just yesterday alongside the other 406 odd posts or so in the official Bug/Glitch thread. This bug is really a game killer. If you can't do in season recruiting in a dynasty then that dynasty is dead. Whats the point of playing any further?

This same issue was brought up on the NCAA Strategies (Utopia) boards. I think in fact you maybe the very same author?

I really hope this bug gets top priority status in the upcoming patch as this is a real game killer. So far its seems like its limited to offline dynasty, but who knows if online has the same bug?

Also has anyone gotten past year 10 of their offline dynasty without any issues? Anybody else crashing when going to recruiting in any year?

Again this is a real serious bug and needs priority status. Hopefully it doesn't get lost alongside the other hundreds or so bugs.

If this happens to me the game is getting traded in. That's complete bull... for us offline players it's pretty much the only part of the game that draws us in. Sure RTG is fun, but dynasty mode is where it's at.

Please tell me some engineer or designer has posted something in regards to this that let's us know it's at least being looked into...

This really, really, really is a downer.

i made that thread on Utopia, that has some more of my investigation wrt to how to solve it - there doesn't appear to be any way out of that state except for restarting dynasty
