Or you could just recruit your own state for a few years and wait for the Texas/Florida/Whatever players to graduate and take their Pipeline status with them. What's the difference.

Do the Teambuilder teams for dynasty mode not adopt the pipeline states of the team you replace them with? They adopt the rivalries...
