2 Player Game- Not Showing CPU Formation Makeup

When Playing with a friend of mine, both on the same team, we are unable to see How many RBS, TEs,WRs the cpu has on the field.

Has anyone else noticed this and do you know why?

I have noticed this too, but I do not know why.
When I'm on D, I'll generally use the "Ask Madden" play calls, as it seems better than to just guess.

Is this while playing online or offline? Not to add to the confusion, but can you play 2 player on the same team online?

This was offline. I do not know if you can do a 2 player online game(same team).
