is it possible to play other games in a online dynasty?

i'm planning to host my one person dynasty online this year. but i'm wondering, if it will be possible to play not only the games from my team. In the past (offline), I liked it a lot to play some games between top teams as well (w/o assigning them to a profile).

i dont think so, everythign has to be connected to your ea server name online

thanks - but i'm not sure if you got me right. what i wish to be able to do is e.g:
playing 5 to 10 bowl games @ the end of the season from my online dynasty.
if this is not possible this would be a huge minus for me to go online with my dynasty

You can only play as your team in an online dynasty.

Well, I know that you can change schools as much as you like during the regular season, but, it will still be under your Online ID.

So, basically, as long as you do not advance the week, you can pretty much play as as many teams as you would like to be.

Not sure about the Bowl Games yet, however.

ohh - so that means, when I played my weekgame with my dynasty team, I can switch to another team which plays a top game within this week and play their game (which counts for the season of course)? and after that i can switch back to my dynasty team and advance to the next week? that would be great! if i could play even some bowlgames - then it would be perfect!

This is correct, I also set up a second gametag to use for 'other' games and just kept changing the team.
