PS2 Version

Picked it up last night, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Except for a small punting glitch, snow game looked cool. Played widescreen on my hdtv and good view of whole field. Players collected a little bit of dirt on their unis, but not much and rain game is terrible, you can't even tell its raining and it looks like the sky is blue.

Damn, times really are hard. PS2? Come on somebody! Hey I understand though bruh, its tough hope you get to see the next gen because its a whole lot better.

I had to fight off the urge to buy it and got the 360 version instead. I always have liked the ps2 version of these games better.

How is the recruiting? I remember there being some issue with it on ps2 the past few years. I might yet buy it - I love the ps2 football games.

The only downside is unless they changed things, I don't think the PS2 can update games itself. Is the play action glitch in the PS2 version as well?

Is the Momentum Meter still in the game? How is Jump The Snap? Those 2 things really hampered 09 on the PS2, imo.

Jump the snap, says great jump and helps a little. I play as Penn State and my o-line is like swiss cheese, I have to bump up my pass protection a little...
