8 min works good for me at AA as well. But you need to sub out some on D. If you dont your tackle numbers will be a little high. I put a couple quality reserves in at certain formations in formation subs.

Yeah - 8 minutes seems to be the standard this year though some use 9. I think 9 puts you in the "every game's a shootout" zone though.

I'm playing normal speed, 0 speed threshold, and getting between 120-135 plays a game lol my bad 10 minute quarters
