Right, offline the play clock does stop. Online, you need to make very quick adjustments. The play clock does not stop online.

It does. It is like the pause screen without the menu.

EDIT: Didn't realize it was different online, thanks for clarifying cdon.

I agree no downside to having the D-Line jump the snap. Offsides hardly ever happens. And having the RBs protect the ball would be nice I still get too many fumbles.

I agree that "Big Run" aggressive should almost never be used. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too many fumbles. I have only used that setting for two plays (they were back to back) and BOTH led to fumbles.

I like using Conservative zone coverage unless my corners are amazing... With Rutgers my secondary is my weak point so I"m really playing bend dont break defense.

CPU fakes the snap at least a few times a game here. For this reason i keep it at balanced.

Here are several things I do;

1. Always set the D-line to aggressive, no draw backs found. It helps their levels go up because they make more plays. My d-line is always red by the 3rd quarter
2. Always set the WR catching to conservative; way too many drops in this game.
3. Against schools with better talent: set big hits to conservative so your crappy guys can actually tackle that beast RB consistently. Set the pass defense to conservative for more pass knockdowns so your dbs have a chance.
4. When the opponent is inside you 20: set the pass defense to aggressive, cause if you get beat its a TD anyways. May as well have a higher chance for a pick. Also set the zone coverage to aggressive, also because you cant get beat deep any more.

I'm going to follow this advice to the T. Thanks for the tips!
