Highlight Upload Error for Dynasty WIre

After each game, my photos are saved and uploaded successfully I then go and pick my 5 video highlights and save them.

But when I exit the finished game, it asks me to login. It pops up with the XBL sign in (even though I'm already signed in), I pick my user name, it gives me an error and sort of freezes with an EA 'must be connected with your account' (type of message, I'm paraphrasing).

I can't do anything with the error message that pops up. I can't move the cursor or click a to try to reconnect.

The console isn't frozen, I can pull up my 360 messenger menu and exit to the dashboard, but that's the only thing I can do.



Anyone else have this error?


The highlights are saving to my hard drive properly, as I can view them later from the menu, but this completely ruins the fun dynasty wire feature.

I had the SAME issue. No one has offered a fix for it.

I cleared my cache... have not had any problems since. Not sure if it helped or not though.

I wish EA would do something about this.

How do you clear your cache?

Just go to System - Memory - choose Harddrive - and there is an option to clear the cache. You use to have to push a lot of buttons and stand on your head to do it. Now there is an option.

My theory and it's just that... a theory... is that with all this photo saving and highlight saving your cache gets pretty full.
