Re: solid playing time promise

This is lame.

I promised a kicker and punter solid playing time, and both have started for me all this season. I still have to play my bowl game, but after I'll see if the promises are fulfilled. I could care less about the kicker, but I would be pretty upset if my punter transferred. He's not a great punter (averages something like 37 or 39 yards/punt), but he has 90+ speed and 88 agility (best athlete on my team), so he makes a lot of tackles on kickoff returns, and kinda makes me want to use him on offense or defense.

Well if you promised him solid playing time, you might need to let him play both (or all 3) ways to get him to stay!

Re: solid playing time promise

Solid Playing time = #1 starter. Yes its ridiculous but its just the way it works. I avoid this promise, its a tad annoying but no way a big deal.

Dang, glad I didn't overpromise it then.
