Dynasty Question - Changing Coach jobs?

My Question - will I get offered new jobs from others schools even if my contract is not up? My team is full of seniors and I am peaking - but my last 2 recruiting classes have been subpar so I foresee tough times ahead. I wanna strike will the iron is hot. Sorry kids - I gotta get mine!

Any chance I will get a new job offer at year end?

yea im doing the same man... im running a good improvment on WKU.. so im actully building something here...But i wanna stike hot too, hoping to land at a BIG TIME program. Should be fun to see who offers after this year as im in year 2...the first year , i had Kansas , Cincinatti offer me jobs...But i didnt see any point moving to Cinci... So i declined and want to try and coach out my conract of 3 years but i think this season i may get an offer i cant turn down we are 8-1 (7-0) rght now. looking for a major bowl...doubt it tho...={
