Has anyone else ever wanted this?

I love the game so far, still adjusting the sliders to make the game to give a challenge when it should and a blowout when it should.

However, I was thinking of this for a feature in dynasty mode.

Say you are a coach who runs the option and always will, well you get a offer to coach at Texas Tech. Obviously they have not been running the option before you get there, so I've always wanted this feature.

Using this as an example

Year 1 @ Texas Tech - Run a majority passing offense to suit the players on the team.

Year 2 @ Tech - Use the same system unless you have players to run the option.

Year 3 @ Tech - At the latest, this is the year you should be running the option.

Now the problem with this as the game is, if I want to run a option attack with Tech I can but it alters the needs in recruiting.

I'd love to see a feature where you can recruit for a system totally different than the one you are running because you know you are planning a switch as soon as you get the needed pieces.

Two possible solutions.

Change your default playbook to the one you want to use (to get your recruiting needs right) then manually change the playbook before each game back to the original system.

OR...

Just know what kind of personnel you need to recruit to fit the system you plan to switch to and recruit them.



I mean, I pretty much do what you're talking about...nothing in the game needs to be changed.
