In Recruiting- What does the lock mean?

I know when I the 2x you get double but when I see the lock I dont know what it means?

i believe some pitches were unlocked automatically that week...

It means that the kid's parents have told you what's important to the kid, so a few of the recruiting pitches have been unlocked...you don't have to find those pitches.

^^^^^ This. I was in week 1 and had a recruit who had the lock and he had two or three pitches unlocked already.
