Am I supposed to be getting an "advisor" boost?

In recruiting in my dynasty, for just a few specific recruits I get an advisor boost. It just started in the last two weeks of play. I never bought the recruit advisor thing and it's not applied to all players. What's going on here? I have to say though that it's very helpful, the damn thing seems to double the points I earn with every pitch... what a cakewalk.

I think you may of had some x2 recruits that week. Different weeks you either have pink diamond, unlock pitches, or x2 I think regardless of weather you purchased advisor, you just happened to find your x2's that week is what it sounds like.
