Highlights without Hard Drive

So boys, I lent my Xbox 360 Elite to a friend for the summer and my brother took his xbox and hard drive back to his house. I'm stuck without a HD and I'm at a loss. I have a memory card with 300 MB remaining and the xbox itself has around that on it without a hard drive.

My question is if there is anyway to get highlights to work and be able to upload them without going and dishing out all that money for a new HD. If there isn't, are there any alternatives or ways I can save highlights for the next month before I get back to college and have my baby back?

Any help would be much appreciated.

fairly certain a hard drive is required for highlights to be saved.

Re: Highlights without Hard Drive

The last Xbox dashboard update (like 2ish months ago) allowed you to use USB drives as a hard drive, or memory storge device, etc.

You could even plug an external hard drive up and have literally terrabytes of space to save to...

well, I think it'll only let you set up to 16GB per USB device. but yeah, that is another alternative.

Shwinnnng. That's all I need to know boys. Time to find that old 50 GB external hard drive I have in my closet from 2002.

Is it easy to set up?

Oh, I didn't know this, as I have a hard drive... but still, 16gig is more than enough for any individual game.

Re: Highlights without Hard Drive

Is there any way to get around deleting everything else off the hard drive? I only have a 150 GB HD and it has 100 gigs or so worth of old videos and pictures. I need a way to get around thissss.
