Sure, its not as sexy as the 3-4, or base nickles, but it still works.

I did end up switching to one of the base nickle D's because I found myself playing nickle, for most of the game anyway.

I still use in my off line for my teams .Sure you have rough times stopping the runs but for most it is great defense. SO plus one here on using 4-3 .

I'll be using the base 4-3 in a way with the Peso. 4-3 package and concepts with a hybrid safety/linebacker "peso" back in for the SAM backer.

Me too, when I play Dynasty.

However, 95% of User-User matchups have to be played with a 3-4 or base nickel otherwise it's simply too difficult to defend. I prefer the Nickel.

4-3 all day. Only time I ever run something different is a 3-4 if I have two amazing MLB and not 2 servicable DT.

mostly 4-3 with some 3-4 mixed in. my team uses a 4-2-5 in real life, but its not aligned like the one on the game so i just use the 5th db as the lolb in the base defenses. the nickel is another more accurate option, but i havent gotten around to trying it.
