Are you guys putting your Dynasty(s) on hold for now?

My main concern is the issues with recruits and progression and reading some of the threads it sounds like this is a huge issue. Are any of you
guys still continuing your Dynasty, or are you going to stop until there is
a Patch/Fix. This game is really really fun and I hate to stop my Dynasty.
But I don't want my draft classes all haywire. How many seasons are you
able to play before there are issues?

I usually edit every player on the game to make it more fun and realistic and I don't usually get done until the season actually kicks off so in theory yes I'm waiting, but if we have nothing when the real season kicks off then oh well, im sure the new patch will work within already in progress dynasties.

I'm playing a different dynasty now, but when they fix the helmet numbers I'll start my real one

I just started one tonight with none other than your Noles... It's a fun game and I'm having a lot of fun playing it. Losing 13-10 at the half right now to OU.

In my sim test that I did, it does not look too bad if you play in a power conference with a power team. The power teams stay loaded. If you are playing with a mid-small star team, you are going to have a hard time keeping up with the big boys.

And it's been about 3 years since I even made it more than 5 years deep in a Dynasty because the gameplay was so bad. The last time I did it was on the Ps2 with Illinois on 08 lol.

I'm pretty much just simming for draft classes for madden right now and doing a teambuilder dynasty where I filled on conference with all teambuilder squads and been watching the cpu play each other. I need them to patch the game again before I actually start playing games in dynasty, the cpu running is a huge issue for me making it to easy to stop the run.

waiting for Luv2tha9's PS3 rosters...he does an awesome job and really ups my enjoyment of the game for dynasty purpose.

I've been playing with different slider sets and going through some fun matchups in the meantime. Never messed with sliders before this year...I probably would have played much more of 10 if I knew much about them. I hated how Heisman difficulty would just cheat you so I stopped playing.

The whole concept seems quite ridiculous to me:

Spend $63 on a game and then don't play it. There hasn't even been a patch announced and to me, it's not like the game just falls apart due to there being some quirks with progression -- but these quirks don't bug me at all because in the end, this is just a video game and will never be perfect.
