Anyone else not getting a pass rush?

I use DL exclusively and when I rush the passer I press triangle
then hold L3 down plus hold R3 right along with pressing R2
at the snap I release R3 until just before my lineman engages
then I flick R3 up/down/L/R which ever I think works best

I get pressure but no much in sacks any ideas on how to improve this
