the thing is there are rating problems and progression isn't perfect either...
if they just upped awareness players would be coming in with higher overall ratings. i think the better way to go about it is to tweak progression. players should have potential ratings & schools should have development ratings. in my dynasty tcu is getting 5* guys but thats not what they really do. they get 3 - 4 star guys and develop them into good players. some of them become great players. some guys come into programs they may need to pack on more mass, or refine their technique, but lower ranked guys should have some impact.
