Yes I made some changes. Unfortunately I work with excel everyday. I am still testing it so I might have more changes. But I think it will boil down to personal preference. I just made it flow better and easier to read from my point of view. You may think my changes are not needed.

Let me get through a few more weeks of recruiting. I dont have much data yet to see what I want to do. But you have an excellent sheet to begin with.
