updated it - included in the zip is the blank worksheet with 2 example prospects and then my full sheet from early on in 2012.

hope this helps some people out - i added a ton of comments as an aide.

try that - it wouldn't support Excel 2007 files so I had to save it as 2003 which didn't support some of the conditional formatting that I used.
srudoff - Thanks for updating this, but can you do this ^ procedure again? I cant open the zip without getting the error message.

It says the folder is invalid. Do I need to be opening it a certain way? Am really curious to see how it works.

Re: Spreadsheet to help with recruiting

Just downloaded this. It opened fine btw. Anyways haven't checked it out yet but I am a self taught excel nerd myself and I already had a very basic recruiting sheet going. I'm hoping this will make it that much more fun. I love to have as much info as possible when doing pretty much anything so this seems awesome to me. I also like the idea of seeing how recruits you've lost out on turn out down the future. Thanks srudoff.

are you getting the error when trying to open the zip file? or open the excel file after it's extracted?
