Icon5 Sprinting on Both Sides of the Ball

So is there an actual sprint button or does the game change the speed for your player? Or do you have to use the left and right thumbstick to do that? thanks

Sprint is RT/R2 if you turn off Auto-Sprint in the options menu.

I like it on. Once you get used to not having to press the button, it makes running easier.
