I bought they game brand new and now its saying my online isnt working,thoughts?What should I do?

I think you should give it a day or so. When I first purchased the game I put the code in. I then received two emails back to back. the first one said that I didn't activate my code, then the second one said that it was. i would suggest retyping the code. You should get a message stating whether the code has been entered already or not.
