Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi are good states beside the top four.

I'll second GA. Not sure about quality (still in first season), but they have a ton of 4* and 3* prospects.

Side Note: I made a Teambuilder team with Ball State's roster. I got MI, OH, GA, IN, and IL as pipeline states. Not bad.
