Dynasty mode question

It pops up automatically right after the season ends. I did not get any offers after my first season either, but I got three offers after my second season: Two big time schools and then a 6 year extension from the school I'm at.

Wait and see after the next season.

In my MTSU dynasty, I had three job offers after the first year. I declined them and took an extension instead. Did you meet all of your goals?

Don't offers only come from schools with higher prestige? If you weren't a 6 star school already, a 13-1 season likely would've moved you from 5 to 6, therefore the game doesn't see anything as a 'promtion' You can go to a lesser prestige school any time you want, so those don't ever come in the form of offers after a season. I wouldn't think you'd ever receive any unless you dropped a couple prestige stars, then had a great season.

Yes. I won the ACC, finished in the top 10, and won a January bowl game.

I went from 5* prestige to 6*. While I am not worried about job offers, a contract extension would have boosted my Program Stability. Now I have to go another year with it sitting at a B (that is if I even get a contract extension at the end of year 2).

I checked last night and saw no option to 'Enable coaching contracts' so I assume it is enabled by default.

Yeah, it's no where to be found. I guess "on" is all there is.

I got offered two jobs and an extension after my first year. I haven't messed with any settings, so it must be "on".
