Worst teams with the best stadiums

I'm looking to take a one-star (maybe two, preferably one) program from chumps to champs, but I'd like to do it somewhere with a stadium that can rock once I'm successful enough.

I love taking small schools to the top, but I have a problem with playing in front of rinky-dink high school bleachers in my BCS-busting showdowns with the Floridas and Ohio States of the world. So do any low-prestige schools have potentially awesome home venues? My buddy tells me San Diego St. (I think) plays at the SD Chargers' stadium, so that might do. But then he already started a dynasty on my XBox with them, so I'd like to mix it up a little bit.

Are there any other contenders for worst football program/best stadium?

Their prestige level is 3 stars. Like I said in the OP, I'd like to either take a one-star or two-star program, preferably one-star.

Tulane plays in the Louisiana Superdome.

UAB plays in Legion Field, capacity 71,594.

They are both 1 stars in C-USA and probably would easily move into the SEC.

Didn't know they were that high. How many does Stanford have then?

Re: Worst teams with the best stadiums

Temple is a 2-star program that plays at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles. Capacity 68,532. Could easily move into Big East, ACC, or Big Ten.

San Diego State plays at Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers. Capacity 70,561. Could move into Pac-10.

Idaho's Kibbie Dome may only hold 16,000...but it's the Kibbie Dome, which is the best stadium in the game.
