Yea, I wasn't logged into Xbox Live before I got on NCAA.

Make sure you log out before trying to update.

Again, it probably works like MS updates and any other update through Live, as in it will not work for everyone at once. It takes time to get to all of the servers so it will work for some before it works for others. Patience people!

During start-up of the game the prompt to download the latest gameplay tuning data will appear.

this means when the game boots? as a regular patch?
or it means i have to create a new online game? because i don´t have gold subscription
