Even when I go out of bounds the clock will continue to run like if it was a first down. Is this a setting I can change or just a flaw?

It won't even stop if I deliberately go out of bounds with out getting touched.

pretty sure that is how it's supposed to be. the clock only stops when going out of bounds if it's within the last 2 minutes of each half.
