when using voice chat in online dynasty...when will you be able to talk to other players? just when you are in the home screen? will you be able to talk to them if you are both in a game (not playing each other)?

From what the patch blog said we are supposed to be able to talk to fellow dynasty members in the dynasty lobby. I would assume that you can't talk to someone that is in-game, unless of course you are in that game to.
