Transfer Issue, it's way too low in dynasty

Saw a lot in my first dynasty today. After winning the NC I had 12 guys want to leave Louisville for playing time. Seemed weird since a couple of them had seniors leaving at the position. The one RB made sense since he was 4th string and only got a handful of carries in the 5 weeks my main RB was out for injury, and my two top RBs were Sr/Jr, so his playing time wasn't likely to increase.

But one OLB left after my best one graduated and now I have an OLB team need to fill in the off-season all of the sudden.

In the dynasty where i was using Maine i had 2 players transfer because they were homesick and 1 transfer because of a coach leaving.

Thought the rule was age 21? Maybe he spent a year at prep school?

Oregon State had an underclassmen drafted by the CFL, he was a backup and never saw field time, kind of wierd.

the rule is 3 years after you HS class graduates

So I just finished my first year and had 9 transfers. Couldn't talk any of them into staying. 6 for playing time (5 of the were redshirted as freshmen) and 3 were homesick. I don't ever remember having this many transfers in any previous games.
