There's no weight to them really.
Strip ball aggressive, for example, results in zero stripped balls, but a facemask call on almost every play.
Big hits on conservative (should mean surer wrap up tackles) results in more broken tackles, whereas on aggressive, almost no broken tackles (and they're hitting really hard).
There is no offsides or encroachment (unless you control a player over their yourself), so conservative d-line does nothing, but aggressive results in you getting through the line often.
Big runs doesn't do anything. I seem to fumble and break tackles just as often no matter what this setting is on... but maybe that's because I generally run the ball in a somewhat conservative manner, which favors ball security over extra yards...
