What's the best job offer you've received from a big time program after playing a dynasty with a small school. After winning a championship with Nevada I got offered the job at Florida. How about you guys?

after winning the BCS championship with wisconsin, i was offered the penn state and florida job. I declined both.

I started out as Eastern Michigan and coached them for 3 years going:

2010 0-12
2011 4-8
2012 6-6

Then I was fired and took a job with Buffalo who was 1-11 in 2012
With Buffalo I went:

2013 7-6 (Bowl loss to Wake Forest)
2014 8-5 (Eagle Bank Bowl win over Army)

Then was offered jobs from Texas and Michigan. I was very surprised by this! I took the Michigan job and couldn't believe how much recruiting changed for me with a high prestige team. It's awesome. I'm currently 4-2 in my first year and having a blast playing in a major conference.

Finished season with Uconn and got an offer from USC.

One of my dynasties I started with the University of Toledo (where I went), and after a few seasons of turning down other great jobs, I decided to accept an offer at the University of Texas. Figured I'd stick to the UTs.

In reality, I'm just an Ohioan that later started my real dynasty after the patches released and played with OSU. Once I got an understanding of how option running works (only played Madden since 2002, finally decided to switch this year), started to tear the world up with Prior. Good times.

I am in a 2010 season with EMU on heisman difficulty for play and recruiting. I am at 4-4 so far.

I played a 2010 season as Navy and went 12-1 with my loss at the Orange Bowl against Va Tech. I was offered Notre Dame and Florida.

Havent got one yet...But i chose 2 bigger prestigue schools, so thats more than likely it.
